Titel: Löneadministratör och kontorskoordinator

Arbetsplats: Frövi Greenery, Frövi (Lindesbergs kommun)

Arbetsbeskrivning: Vi söker en strukturerad och ansvarstagande löneadministratör/kontorskoordinator som kommer att axla en bred roll och hantera flera viktiga ansvarsuppgifter inom företaget. Rollen inkluderar ansvar för löneadministration, tidsrapportering, rekryteringskoordination, leverantörsfakturahantering, nyckelutlämning samt inköp av kontorsmaterial och förnödenheter. Du kommer att vara vårt ankare på plats och arbeta nära med ledningsgruppen som består av vår ekonomichef, HR-chef och växthuschef för att säkerställa en smidig och effektiv verksamhet.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:
1. Löneadministration:
o Hantera löneprocessen från början till slut.
o Säkerställa korrekt och tidsenlig löneutbetalning.
o Uppdatera och underhålla lönerelaterad information i lönesystemet.
o Säkerställa efterlevnad av gällande kollektivavtal, lagar och regler inom löneområdet.

2. Tidsrapportering:
o Hantera och övervaka tidsrapporteringssystemet.
o Assistera anställda med frågor och problem rörande tidsrapportering.
o Säkerställa att all tidsrapportering är korrekt och komplett inför löneutbetalning.

3. Rekryteringskoordination:
o Koordinera och administrera rekryteringsprocesser.
o Skapa och publicera jobbannonser.
o Hantera kandidaturval och koordinera intervjuer.
o Kommunicera med kandidater och ge stöd genom hela rekryteringsprocessen.

4. Inköp och kontorsadministration:
o Beställa och underhålla lager av kontorsmaterial och förnödenheter.
o Upprätthålla goda relationer med leverantörer och förhandla priser.
o Säkerställa att kontoret alltid är välutrustat och fungerande.
o Ansvara för ankommande och avgående post.
o Sköta nyckelförteckning och nyckelutlämning till olika leverantörer.

Kvalifikationer:
. Minst 3 års erfarenhet av liknande arbetsuppgifter inom HR- och löneadministration.
. God kunskap om kollektivavtal och relevant lagstiftning.
. Erfarenhet av tidsrapportering och rekrytering är meriterande.
. Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.
. Goda datorkunskaper och erfarenhet av att arbeta med löneadministrativa system.
. Utmärkta organisatoriska färdigheter och förmåga att hantera flera uppgifter samtidigt.
. Stark kommunikativ förmåga och serviceinriktad inställning.
. Hög integritet och förmåga att hantera konfidentiell information på ett ansvarsfullt sätt.

Vi söker en dedikerad underhållstekniker till vårt team för att arbeta med våra produktionsanläggningar i Frövi, Sverige. Som en del av vårt team kommer du inte bara att utföra underhållsarbete utan även fungera som en viktig länk i vår strävan efter kontinuerlig förbättring och framgång.

Jobbeskrivning
Ansvarig för att utföra alla manuella uppgifter såsom reparationer, underhåll och installationsarbeten. Teknikern kan vanligtvis utföra alla dagliga aktiviteter och kan växla roller mellan olika uppgifter, vilket ger viss flexibilitet i planeringen av dagliga aktiviteter.

Ansvarsområden
Utföra förebyggande underhåll på produktionsutrustning och mekaniska system, inklusive vårt bevattningssystem.
Identifiera och åtgärda fel och funktionsstörningar för att säkerställa kontinuerlig drift av produktionsanläggningen, även på höjder (cirka 6 meter).
Utföra reparationer och installationer av maskiner och utrustning.
Följa företagets säkerhets- och kvalitetsstandarder.
Samarbeta med andra avdelningar för att optimera produktionsflödet och minimera stillestånd.
Säkerställa att anläggningen uppfyller lagkrav.

Kvalifikationer:
Diplom som underhållstekniker eller liknande.
3 års erfarenhet av underhålls- eller installationsarbete med automationssystem.
Flytande engelska och svenska i tal, eftersom språket används dagligen.

Meriterande:
Erfarenhet av underhållsarbete i en industriell eller liknande miljö.
Erfarenhet av att underhålla växthus eller bevattningssystem.
Kunskap om mekaniska system.
Certifieringar inom arbete på höjd, fallskydd eller liknande säkerhetsstandarder.

Anställningsvillkor:
Heltidsanställning med 6 månaders provanställning.
Arbetstid är vardagar och dagtid men kan variera beroende på produktionsbehov.

About the job

FoodVentures is looking for a Chief Agronomist in Lindesberg (Frövi), starting in Q2 2024.
In this role the key job responsibilities are:

The Chief Agronomist is responsible for defining the overall growing strategy. The growing strategy must match the general business strategy of the company (which is set by the General Management) and achieve the set targets.

The Chief Agronomist will create a detailed climate strategy, harvest plan, integrated pest management strategy and labour plan. He/she is also responsible to oversee that the chosen strategies and plans are executed in a timely and up to standard manner. The Chief Agronomist's overall objective is to achieve the highest production, with the highest quality possible and optimize the use of inputs.

The Chief Agronomist is the link between the greenhouse team, the packing team, the technical team, and the administrative department. He reports to COO and interacts essentially with the Site Manager, Agronomist, Biological Team Leader, Head Technical and the Labour Manager.

Responsibilities
The main responsibility of the Chief Agronomist is the realisation of the production plan
. Budget reporting for operational resources (materials, energy and labour)
. Climate strategy and settings
. Irrigation strategy and fertilizer recipe
. Production and labour planning
. IPM strategy
. Enforcing the hygiene plan

Tasks
The main task of Chief Agronomist is to set and oversee the implementation of the chosen growing strategies while leading the greenhouse team.
. Set long term strategies on climate, irrigation, plant growth, plant health, production, and labour.
. Transfer long term strategies in short term goals for the growing team
. Analyse gathered data and change the strategy when needed
. Organize weekly meetings with the growing team
. Attend weekly meetings with the Site Manager Technical Team, the Packing Team, and the Administrative department
. Weekly reports for the management on climate, irrigation, plant growth, plant health, production, labour and technical performance of the greenhouse
. Instructing the Agronomist on daily tasks and necessary changes in the strategy
. Timely reporting to the purchase department when materials are needed
. Manages team workloads in order to meet goals and deadlines
Qualifications requirements
. Good understanding of biology, entomology, chemistry, and physics.
. Good team leading skills
. Data Driven Growing experience
. Solid overall experience in greenhouse industry.
. University educated, Bachelor's level in Agronomy, Agriculture or related field. Or equivalent expertise.
. Work experience 5-10 years

In this role the key job responsibilities are:
As the first hire of the company, you are part of a small and lean management team that eventually staffs its company to its full scale by summer 2024. This includes the hiring of approximate 20 management functions and 100 greenhouse workers.

. Recruit, select and hire new staff
. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines tailored to our industry and legal requirements in Sweden.
. Design and implement a hiring and staffing system suitable to our industry.
. Suggest and implement cost-savings on staffing
. Secure compliance with Swedish Labor law

Qualifications requirements
